At MISHA, we want you to feel confident in every piece you purchase. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all MISHA designer tags and hygiene seals still attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
